Human Problems

I was channeling a set the other day for the Fae and questioned whether I should try to fix a leg that looked awry [to me].

The response: "Human problems."

They had me leave it as it was.

Often we get so caught up in our human-centric view of reality and its representations that we can't see beyond that. Part of that is the pseudo rationality I see people apply to judge forms of art that are considered outsider or "too digital," to try to make it measure up to something. As if the best expressions of traditional human artists have stayed within the boundaries of what is considered purely representative of what the human eye sees, even long before the surrealists and expressionists and various modern movements that tore into the limits of what can be depicted and how.
